creative zen x fi . ive had this problem for a while now, screen will only come on if plugged into the pc, then it goes to the reloading screen and stops halfway through. it just keeps repeating this over and over again 
i have spoken to zen and they keep sending me the same message, ( update your firmware ) Ive told them i cant to this because it doesnt load up far enough for my pc to reconise its even there. does anyone have any ideas?? PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!
